Rates for the 2010 Season are below.
The 2010 season runs from our opening in May until the end of October.
These rates are on a 2 night minimum stay basis. If you are interested
in a weekly rate, please indicate that you plan to stay 7 days or more
with us when making your reservation. All rates are in US dollars.
All our rooms are named after famous Maine lakes.
Spring Rates (Opening Day in
May to June 17)

High Season (June 18 to September

Fall Season (September 8 to
October 30)

All rates above are based on double
occupancy. There is a $50 charge for each extra person per room up
to legal limits of occupancy for each room. All rates are in US Dollars.

Minimum Stay: There is a 2
night minimum stay required.
Check-In: 3 pm (please notify
us in advance for arrivals after 8 pm)
Check-Out: 11 am
Smoking Policy: Absolutely
no smoking in The Elmere House. (if you smoke in the room or in the building
there will be an additional $200 room cleaning fee applied to your charges).
If you do smoke, please ask at the front desk where smoking is allowed
on the grounds.
Children At The Elmere House:
The Elmere House is an accommodation designed for adults and adolescents
and is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is
our policy that we do not accept children under the age of 12 years of
age.
Pet Policy: Sorry, but no
pets from our guests are allowed in The Elmere House.

note that the Innkeepers have a small quiet 5 lb. Yorkshire Terrier named
"Harley" on the premises ~
Deposits: We require
50% for two or more night's stay (There is a 2 night minimum stay required).
Deposit must be received within 7 days after a reservation is made.
If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the charge will be processed
at the time the reservation is made. Written confirmation will be
sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon check-out.
Payment Options: Payment options
are cash, Travelers' Checks, VISA and MasterCard.
Cancellations: Depositis are
refundable only if notified 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Should
cancellation become necessary for any reason within that time, refunds
are made only if the room is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation.
There will a $30 service charge on all cancellations. No refunds
for early departures, regardless of weather conditions or weather projections.
